Join Our Team

We’re a small company who punch way above their weight, working on a world stage but headquartered in South Wales. There’s no corporate stuff. Everyone gets heard, and everyone contributes their best work and collaborates to deliver projects we can all be proud of.

The media industry is a fast-moving environment that can demand a lot of our time. This means you’ll need to be an adaptable team player who is organised and have a great eye for detail. You’ll need to be prepared to travel, and occasionally work unusual hours. TV doesn’t always get made between 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. We work in locations across the UK and the world, from Bristol to Beijing, so a love of travel, new experiences and cultures will help.

What will you get out of this? The opportunity to make a difference and work with a range of cutting edge technology and tools. Plus you’ll see some of the finest entertainment and events evolve from inception to production, when you can sit back in your front-row seat and see your work play out in front of an audience of millions. You’ll also benefit from matched pension contributions, private health care, phone bill subsidies, employee reward programmes and of course competitive salaries and bonuses

C#, .NET DESKTOP DEVELOPER

If you’ve ever been on the edge of your seat watching a contestant risk it all on a big money quiz, it was probably our tech running the show.

Our systems underpin some of the biggest entertainment formats in the world, keeping every question, every buzzer, every scoreboard running flawlessly in front of global audiences.

There’s no room for 404s or BSODs here. Our code has to work, live on air, first time, every time.

It's rewarding, demanding, fast-moving, and genuinely exciting.

If you're someone who wants their work to make a visible, meaningful impact, you'll fit right in.
